HE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF STEEL FOR A CASTELLATED BEAM.
What happened
WHEN HE GOT TO THE END OF THE CUT A SMALL PIECE OF THE CUT STEEL WAS STILL HANGING ON TO THE MAIN BEAM. HE USED HIS FRAMING SQUARE TO KNOCK THE PIECE LOOSE...AND WHEN HE DID THAT THE CHUNK OF STEEL CAME BACK TOWARDS HIM STRIKING HIM IN THE GROIN AREA.
