WHEN HE WENT TO PARK THE MANLIFT AND WHILE HE WAS LOOKING DOWN HIS FOREHEAD STRUCK A METAL RAIL--WHICH HE DID NOT SEE--AND KNOCKED HIM DOWN (FOR A FEW SECONDS) RESULTING IN A CONCUSSION LACERATION TO BRIDGE OF NOSE SWELLING OF AREA NEAR EYEBROWN BONE AND DOUBLE VISION.
