Before the incident
Pulling strap to close back roll up door
What happened
The employee grabbed the strap with his right hand (Did not use 3 points of contact) on the back roll-up door while standing on the truck 's back bumper like area. He then squatted into a crouched position possibly losing his balance or attempting to jump off the back of the truck. As he tried to bring the door down it looks like he lost his grip on the strap and fell predominantly on his right side onto the pavement.
