What happened
The employee did not fully cut the strip of metal off with the grinder assumed he could rip pull off the remaining portion of it and when he did that he cut his finger. He was wearing gloves at the time.
Injury or illness
Laceration to the finger. Went to Aurora clinic they applied surgical glue to the wound to close it up and sent him back to work.
