Before the incident
The employee was grinding he was crouched down in a small confined area finishing up grinding and turning the wheel carousel off.
What happened
After being crouched down he released the trigger to let the grinder start winding down. He was holding it with his left hand and as he went to stand up the wheel had not completely stopped and his right arm - forearm came in contact with the wheel resulting in a cut. The employee notified others nearby and came to the shop lunchroom to be assessed for injuries wrap up the injury and report it.
