[REDACTED] our employee called me to report that when entering an empty shuttle trailer on the [REDACTED] side he walked in the trailer to move the top air chute that was hanging down. As he was walking back off the truck he said he slipped and fell. At the time he said he got up and continued working. He said he is now experiencing pain in his right foot ankle. He did tell me he knows he should have reported this when it happened
