Before the incident
Employee was working on concrete piece with a coworker working on other side of concrete piece cutting extra 3 4 inch cable with gas saw.

While other co-worker was cutting the 3 4 inch strand a piece of strand got caught in the shroud of the gas saw and flew out bouncing off side of tent and then hitting the employee in his left cheek embedding into his skin by his mouth.
