Employee went into the restroom in the breakroom and turned on light. The floor had just been cleaned and was still wet. Employee states that there was no wet floor sign in the bathroom and she can 't remember if there was a wet floor sign in the breakroom outside of the restroom. Employee slipped and fell on buttocks with left leg bent backwards hitting her left knee on the floor. Coworker came into the breakroom restroom and assisted the employee off of the floor.
