Before the incident
I went to the shell station on the 4th floor to get some supplies the unit needed. While loading a box onto a cart I turned and tripped over the empty pallet that was over by the full pallets of supplies causing me to drop the box and fall. I landed with most of my weight being on my right knee and caught myself with my hands and my left knee. After getting up I saw that the empty pallet is what made me trip so I picked it up and placed it up against the other full pallets on its side so no one else would trip over it.
