What happened
Employee states she was standing on a black nonslip mat leaning against the nurses ' station desk when the mat slipped from under her causing her to slip and hit her back on the desk. Employee caught herself and did not fall to the floor.
Injury or illness
The patient stumbled grab my right arm and pulled it downwards with all her weight and wouldn 't let go. Pain shot throw me. Within 15 minutes it was swelling and hot to the touch. Went to the ER they did x-rays and said looked like pulled muscles.
