What happened
There was an issue that required entering the flour silos. Two engineers were entering the door to the silo. The door opening is roughly 2 feet off the ground which required you to step over and get into the silo. When entering the second employee caught their foot and tripped going into the silo. as they were falling their hand made contact with a sharp object which cut open their finger.
