Before the incident

I was helping my coworker change a patient in the bed we turn the patient over and I was holding the patient while PCA turned around grabbed the pamper the patient picked up his leg and kicked in the face.

What happened

my coworker and I was changing the patient and we turned the patient over and I was holding the patient and coworker turned around to grab the pamper the patient picked his leg up and kicked me in the face and I told my coworker i was kicked in the faced and we continued to changed the patient and we both left room and changed the linen and changed the linen and dumped the trash and I went to the locker went to the bathroom and came out and went the bathroom again used it and once I was coming out of the bathroom i felt my vision getting blurry and the left side of my body getting weak and i hit my head on the bathroom door coming out of the bathroom and hit the floor and went in a seizure and after that i have no memory of what happened next.

Left knee pain caused by patient throwing lower body off of bed and hitting the posterior portion of the left knee causing both knees to buckle at an angle
