What happened
While assisting the pt to the shower she became weak and was having difficulty walking and standing. We sat her on the bedside commode to bathe her changed her bed lines and proceeded to return her to her bed. She was using a walker and myself as support. She started to slip fall and in trying to help her I felt a pull and a pain in my right shoulder. It felt a little better [REDACTED] but after trying to help another pt I felt a pull and felt a popping in the right shoulder. The pain proceeded to get worse. It now hurts to move it also to just keep it still.
