What happened
Patient in room 334 was temporarily transferred from the bed to a cardiac chair to facilitate placement of a low-air-loss mattress on the bed frame. After the mattress was placed the patient was transferred onto the low-air-loss mattress with assistance from 2 additional staff members. Moments after transfer while turning to walk around bed I experienced a sharp lower back pain that radiated down the right leg.
