I WRITER WAS CALLED BY THE TECH ROBIN TO THE ABOVE PATIENT 'S ROOM. PATIENT WAS TAKEN TO THE RESTROOM BY HER FAMILY MEMBERS AND COULD NOT ASSIST HER ANY FURTHER. PATIENT RECENTLY RETURNED TO HER ROOM AFTER A PROCEDURE AND NOTED TO BE SEDATED BUT ALERT. I ENTERED THE PATIENT 'S ROOM; PATIENT WAS ON THE TOILET AND WAS ABOUT TO FALL OVER ONTO THE FLOOR. I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT THE PATIENT 'S BED IN FRONT OF THE DOOR AND AS I PIVIOTED HER TOWARDS THE BED THE PATIENT BUCKLED HER KNEES AS I HELD HER WEIGHT PUSHING HER ONTO THE BED CAUSING PAIN TO MY UPPER BACK AREA.
