Employee car was parked in the parking lot in front of the main entrance. Employee was walking and he did not notice the ice by his car. Employee stated he was walking fast and not by the sidewalk as he was approaching his car. Employee then slipped and fell. [REDACTED] voiced he did not feel pain right away. He noticed it when he got home and he landed on his left knee which is what is injured.
