On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Security [REDACTED] was dispatched to the front lobby in front of the coffee shop in reference to a fall. When I arrived at this location I made contact with the Employee. She stated that she was walking towards the elevators going to work when she slipped and fell and landed on her knee that she had surgery on. She stated that she wanted to go to the ER. The Employee was placed into a wheelchair and escorted to the ER for medical treatment. There was no additional information given concerning this fall. The employee was discharged from the ER at approximately [REDACTED] hours. She requested an escort to her car that was parked in the parking garage. S-9 [REDACTED] responded to the ER to give the employee an escort. When she made an attempt to get into the golf cart she slipped and fell into the golf cart and landed on her buttocks on the floorboard in an upright position.
