Before the incident
Pushing a stretcher with patient on it from Radiology Nurses Holding to CT for a procedure. Stretcher was extremely hard to push turn and I had to go thru a door with no automatic door opening system so I had to try to hold the door open and pull the stretcher thru while also navigating multiple boxes and pallets positioned outside the door. There is barely enough room to push the stretcher out of the door into the hallway and get it turned.
