Employee was performing regular job duties on the Fab B Loin Line trimming top butt cuts and attempting to return her knife to the scabbard

What happened

Fab B Loin Line TM works as trimming top butt at approximately 16 15 the TM completed a cut and proceeded to return her knife to the scabbard During this action she did not visually confirm the knifes placement and inadvertently sustained a cut to her right thigh The TM reported that she was wearing a mesh apron at the time; however it was not properly positioned to provide adequate protection
