Before the incident
At the customer 's site I strapped down the old [REDACTED] e-[REDACTED] onto a skid. We moved the chiller to another location and then unloaded the Key Box crate.
What happened
As I was unloading the Key Box removing parts for scope installation (MPC [REDACTED] Monitors Box of Cables Table legs the scroll pump and compressor) I strained my back while lifting bending and twisting moving the contents some of them heavy.
