Tool placement of a Thermo [REDACTED] beam tool (Optis)

While removing shipping brackets for one of the Electronics rack [REDACTED] missed a step in stabilizing the Electronics rack (E-rack) prior to removing the shipping bracket bolts. A hand tool fell under the tool and when the [REDACTED] stuck his hand under the tool to retreive it the E-rack fell down and pinned his hand under the E-rack. bystanders had to help lift the E-rack up so [REDACTED] could remove his hand.
