Aligning a board that fixture was being set on and finger was between the fixture and board

Fixture for [REDACTED] was on forklift forks it was taken to [REDACTED] fixture rack and while loading into the rack Weld Tech associate was aligning a wood board between the fixture and the rack. The load was being side shifted to the right and when the forklift driver saw he had the clearance set the fixture down not knowing that the weld tech still had his finger on top of the wood board.
