Trying to align a lift of steel

Associate loaded two out lifts of steel onto the north de-stacker cart on D-line in the stamping department. Once he loaded steel onto cart and cutting off the safety band he noticed the lifts were about two inches off location. He attempted to slide it into the proper location with his right arm and leg. His arm was fully extended while in process he felt a pop in his bicep and elbow area of his right arm
