Loading FG Motor totes onto a pallet base.
What happened
Once tack of 6 totes was reached attempted to slide totes to the rear of the pallet by placing right foot on pallet and pushing stack of totes. The top 4 totes were not locked into the bottom 2 totes resulting in the stack falling. In attempt to catch the falling totes overreached with left arm shoulder.
