The employee was working with their coworker to gather completed belts and put them on a pallet to be shipped out. The completed pallets had different sizes of belts that each employee was lifting on their own to place on the pallet for the customer order.

The employee bent at the knees and slightly forward to grip a belt on the pallet. The belts are wide so arms are more stretched and hard to grip so you squeeze tight. They lifted up on the belt by each end and felt a pull in the wrist.

A strain to the left wrist

Lifting the belt

Strain Wrist & hand- left side from lifting the belt.
