Employee was sitting with coworker in the nurse 's station in the [REDACTED] after just getting lunch. They heard a trickle of water in the ceiling so they called Facilities.

Pipe burst above the nurse 's station and antifreeze water poured down. Water was splashing onto clothes. Both employees ' were trying to fill their trash cans with water but shoes got soaked. Employee climbed quickly under the desks to unplug computers. They ended up staying the rest of the shift to help vacuum up water. Ceiling tiles fell and were being taken down over heads so debris from ceiling tiles insulation and coolant water were all over the area. Employee left at the end of the day with a headache and sore throat that proceeded to get worse.
