She had ended her shift and was walking across the public street to our parking lot.
What happened
She said that she felt funny and got dizzy and then just fell down.
Injury or illness
She fell on her left side and hit her left arm and bumped her head. On 01 10 she went to the doctor for the fall and was diagnoised with Influenza A; and her left arm has a proximal humerus fracture. She is to wear a sling and follow up with an Orthopedist. Return to work is scheduled for 01 17 2025 - note was not a worker compensation case insurance deemed fall was from personal medical issue.
