Before the incident
EEcame to work overtime and towards the end of the day; while packing at one of our flex machines she felt pain on her right thumb. She did not think much of it until the next day when she felt worse. She decided to go to the doctor on her own and she did not report it at work until the following [REDACTED]. I followed up with her to see if she wanted to seek additional medical assistance but she did not want it at that time.
