What happened
Employee reported floor very slippery due to high humidity. Employee 's name was called when she went to turn feet came out from under her and she fell flat on her back head hit carpet. Two nurses helped her up. Soon thereafter she went to ED for evaluation. Left wrist and right pinky finger swollen left knee swollen painful to twist.
