She was running a machine and putting product into stacks when she started having pain in her right wrist and noticed her grip was not as strong as normal.

Pain in right wrist less grip strength than normal. Later on started having similar issues with left hand and wrist as well.

Right wrist - potential carpel tunnel. Left wrist - potential carpel tunnel. After seeing Dr. - Employee allegedly developed right ulnar neuropathy and carpal tunnel syndrome with consequential left carpal tunnel
