Employee was attaching parts to cabinets that were sitting on a pallet.

The employee stepped on the pallet causing the cabinets to tip over falling on him. There was a computer desk behind the employee so he needed help getting the cabinets upright and off of him. The reason the cabinets tipped is due to the employee error of not releasing the pallet from the handjack so it was sitting firmly on the floor prior to stepping on it.
