What happened
The claimant was loading tables into box truck and during the loading process one of the table carts was not aligned properly and would not fit into the designated space on the truck so the claimant along with two other employees (Operations Manager and temporary worker) attempted to straighten and push the stack of tables so it would fit securely on the table cart and during the efforts the claimant mentioned that the movement didn 't feel good and felt strain in his lower back.
