EE was transporting 2 boxes of lids to the [REDACTED] capper by stacking them and then pushing them across the floor.
What happened
While sliding the boxes of lids across the floor the top one pushed forward while the bottom box stayed in place. The momentum caused EE to fall over the bottom box his head continued forward into the top box which was now on the floor and he caught himself by extending his hands to the floor.
