fueler operating hydrant truck [REDACTED] using a step ladder was closing the fueling panel after finishing fueling the aircraft the fueler felt the upper left arm shoulder numb and felt lightheaded. The fueler immediately notified a supervisor a supervisor arrived shortly after and transported the fueler to the office breakroom to the care of the safety supervisor. The fueler was offered medical attention the fueler accepted the medical attention but stated EMS was not needed.
