associate was walking from the front of the building and approached a Simos associate who was operating a Pacer along the main drive aisle in the warehouse. As associate extended his hand to greet the associate who remained on the equipment the rear drive tire of the Pacer hit associate 's right foot resulting in injuries to his big toe and the first two toes. The [REDACTED] was contacted and recommended that associate be sent to Concentra for further medical evaluation.
