associate walked over the safety rail guard in endcap 108 (across from dock door 212) to scan the endcap location. Associate tripped over the safety rail and fell on the concrete floor. Associate hit his back on the floor and twisted his left knee in the accident. The RF scanner struck the left side face and cut the left side of his lip.
