Worker was attempting to remove the counter wt from the L H wing.

Worker was working on removal at the counter wt (was about 5.7 lbs). He heated up the sealant on the edge of the wt and attempted to pry the wt out. As he was looking up the wt came free fast falling and struck the worker on the forehead causing laceration and bleeding.

Laceration to the center of forehead received 5 stiches.
