Before the incident
Feeding Coil through feeder.
What happened
While loading a coil through the feeder the EE encountered issues with the coil curling and noted it was more oily than usual. As the EE attempted to straighten the coil manually the coil suddenly grabbed downward pulling the EE 's hand with it and dislodging their glove. As a result of this incident two of the EE 's fingernails were forcibly removed.
