What happened
i WAS UNLOADING A BOX ON DUOVISC. IT HAD BEEN LEFT OUT OVERNIGHT AND THE ICE PACK MELTED AND SPILLED ON THE FLOOR. i DON 'T KNOW IT AND i WAS BREAKING DOWN THE BOX AND i STEPPED IN IT AND SLIPPED. I FELL ON TOP OF THE METAL ROLLING CART AND SCRAPPED AND BRUISED MY ARM MY SIDE AND UNDER MY ARMPIT. MY FOOT WENT UNDER THE TABLE AND HURT MY LEG AND ANKLE. MY SHOULDER IS VERY SORE AS WELL.
