Before the incident
I was going to be her 1-1 but patient was not cooperative for that. She was a flight risk and combative.
What happened
Patient was brought in for isolation precautions. Patient started in room 8 and was being moved to 43 for isolation. Patient was out of control and would not stay in her room. She was being physically and verbally aggressive. Patient said what do I have to do to go to jail? Hit one of you. Patient was moved to 43 and her mattress was removed because of her behavior. Patient started pushing security officers. Hard restraints were ordered. During the physical hold for the restraints charge rn said let go of legs everyone did. After that I got kicked on the right side of my face very hard. Stepped out collected myself went back into help with restraints.
