Scanning medication and getting ready in patient room.

Patient brought in by EMS for evaluation after a possible seizure. Patient was agitated and yelling at staff after arrival to ED. Multiple attempts to de-escalate patient were unsuccessful. Patient endorsed SI offered medication and patient became aggressive and uncooperative. Yelling expletives at staff demanding a woman to fuck. Attempts with different staff in room to de-escalate patient situation. Patient trying to bite staff holding arms attempting to hit and kick staff. Unable to contain patient with 6 staff members. Multiple staff members in room for staff safety limbs held down and patient encouraged to take medication he refused yelling fuck you. Limbs being held and patient required another staff member to obtain violent restraints due to patient trying to kick staff in the head. Attempts to grab scratch patient while administering medication. After limbs secured patient began spitting at staff spit hood placed on patient.
