What happened
This RN assisted patient onto and off bedpan and provided peri care without assistance of CNA due to CNA not being available. Pt rolls self but has large amount of adipose tissue that need to b moved as well. Left shoulder started hurting at home after shift with numbness and tingling down arm while lying in bed. Upon returning to work today any push pull movement and reaching above chest height causes shooting pain through my shoulder.
