Walking ahead of the wheelchair

I was showing another new nurse where to wheel out a patient after discharge and she was pushing a patient behind me in a wheelchair and she wasn 't paying attention and accidentally rammed the foot of the wheelchair into the back of my left heel hitting my [REDACTED] Tendon. It hurt so bad that I fell to the floor and cried. I went to the same day clinic urgent care at PeaceHealth Sedro-Woolley and was seen by a doctor there and they said that my [REDACTED] Tendon was bruised and is waiting on the radiologist to read the ex-ray of my foot to determine further injury.
