What happened
[REDACTED] was exchanging the bottle of [REDACTED] for a new one in Day Surgery she was wearing latex gloves but unknown how skin on hands came into contact with the chemical through gloves. Areas of exposure on her hands started to feel itch numb and painful. At that time she washed her hands with soap and water and then her co-worker [REDACTED] called the Nursing Supervisor to get help.
