Worker was working on a staff schedule for the warming room.
What happened
Worker unloaded car earlier from Target but hands were full so after working on the schedule went out to grab a calendar that was received at a mtg. As she was walking there was clear black ice and she fell. Her left leg went to the left and upper body went the other direction. She went down hard and was in so much pain she was yelling.
