What happened
At around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was helping [REDACTED] on pellet mill and cut his middle finger on his left hand. At this time he just wanted to put a band aid on. Around [REDACTED] he wanted to fill out a report on this injury. Added notes: [REDACTED] was actually helping [REDACTED] place the rolls onto the roll rack by using the roll attachment on the winch. When [REDACTED] way lowering the roll onto the rack and due to the oblong orientation of the roll the roll spun around and caught [REDACTED] 's finger between it and another roll already on the rack. [REDACTED] then reacted by pulling his finger out thus causing the laceration on his left middle finger.
