Another employee operating an overhead bridge crane did not properly raise slings up off floor before moving crane: rigging hook caught on a piece of steel plate on ground sweeping it across floor and hitting injured party in the feet knocking him off balance. He had a hard hat on but hat came off just before he landed on back and back of head struck the floor.

Possible mild concussion. No other injury.

A piece of 0.25 thick steel plate was inadvertently pulled across the floor sweeping his feet out from under him.
