Employee had been in her office at WKU gathering material and preparing for the upcoming week. She then left the office and stopped at [REDACTED] to prove a brief talk to the 3rd graders about science. Something that one of her student teachers had requested she do. After competing this she drove to Lost River Elementary to collect dispositions (assessment forms conducted on student teachers). Employee reported that she pulled into the parking lot and parked near the yellow marked curbing near the building as the parking lot is small and spaces were not available. After collecting the student assessments (required for accreditation) she exited the building and recalled it was possibly raining as she exited. While in route to her vehicle she slipped on the edge of the potentially wet curbing causing her to fall forward and strike the ground.
