EE was responding to the scene of a fatal two-vehicle car creash
What happened
Upon arrival EE attempted to open the door of one of the vehicles in order to gain access to the victims. EE used a window break tool and then inserted his arm hand through the broken window to open the door internally. In doing this he lacerated his finger hand.
