What happened
Employee was at the Line 3 Palletizer and when he turned around to depart the station he tripped and fell hitting his right arm on the concrete floor. The employee was treated for an abrasion within the facility and given an ice pack for the hand pain. He refused treatment at that time. After the shift ended and sometime that [REDACTED] his hand swelled up and he went to the local treatment facility where he was diagnosed with a fractured right index finger given [REDACTED] (7.5mg) and given minor work restrictions.
